What we keep

When you subscribe to the news we keep your name, your email, the page language, the approximate country of your connection, the sign-up date and, if you write one, the optional comment. We don't ask for a phone number, ID or payment details.

What we use it for

Only to send you VR.one news: the opening date, test runs and announcements. We don't sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.

Where it's stored

The list lives on Cloudflare's infrastructure. When you subscribe, an internal notification reaches us through Web3Forms, and news emails are sent with Resend. Those services process the data only for those tasks.

How long

For as long as you stay subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we stop writing to you.

How to unsubscribe or request changes

Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. To request access, correction or deletion of your data, reply to any of our emails or write to us through the form on the home page.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits in aggregate: which pages are read and where visitors come from. We don't use it to identify you.
